This kit lets you assemble a 1/4-scale model of the T700, a turboshaft engine used in helicopters, from realistic metal parts. Once complete, the whole model is driven by a motor so you can see how a turboshaft engine works — from the six-fan compression stage through to combustion — including the Granulator unit that removes sand and dust, a characteristic of helicopter engines.
